Rwitwika is the founder of the Swaniti Initiative. Prior to working on Swaniti’s foundation, she worked at the World Bank as an Associate in the Growth and Competitiveness area. She is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Master in Public Policy program and specializes in the areas of youth employment. Her publications include Frontiers in Development Policy (World Bank), A Primer on Labor Policies (World Bank) and Global Business School Network (Harvard Business School Case).
Shantanu is the lead designer for the infographics sections in Jigyasa. An experienced energy sector professionals, Shantanu is also known to dabble in technology and data. Shantanu is currently working at a Venture Capital firm in Houston, Texas. He hold’s a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and an Chemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. Prior to his ventures with Swaniti and Venture Capital, Shantanu was working in the oilfields off Aberdeen, Scotland.
Dinesh Chand is an Engineer and post his graduation from XLRI Jamshedpur, he joined Ernst & Young LLP as a consultant working for the People & Organization practice. He joined Swaniti out of his interest for social sector and governance – He intends to use his education, consulting experience and skills to make a positive contribution to the society and to gather perspectives about policy making by working at the grass root level. He is a marathon runner and also loves to read.
